The strong use of symbology is used to express the story of Lolita, a dramatic 1962 film based on the novel written by Vladimir Nabokov. An intense focus on two stems with sharp thorns represents the true intentions of the main characters, Humbert and Dolores. Both try to come off as innocent as a white rose but are in fact as dangerous as jagged thorns.
